Devlan is doomed. This mining world lies in the path of the Kraken Hive Fleet, and as the swarm approaches, it is being frantically evacuated. But something horrific has already reached Devlan: a burrowing warrior organism of exceptional lethality, soon to be known as the Red Dread. Standing against this abomination are the determined soldiers of a Shade squad. This band of hardened veterans must hunt down and eliminate the Red Dread before it inflicts irreparable damage on the Empire’s evacuation efforts.

Asymmetric Skirmishes

This Kill Team expansion includes the Shade Squad Kill Team, the formidable Red Terror NPC, a swarm of lesser Tyranid NPCs, and all the rules you need to use them in your games. A series of nine cooperative missions, designed to be played either cooperatively or solo, sends your Astra Militarum veterans on a high-stakes hunt for the elusive beast through the mud of Devlan in a series of high-stakes showdowns.
